My name is Madis and this is my personal website !! I am a cybersecurity student and developer. I do security research, tooling, a homelab, and I have two cats. I am also a big fan of linux and story games. I like to tinker with things and learn new stuff. I hope you enjoy your stay here !!

NullSec was founded in 2024 born in something of a state of rage, was held at knife point and almost got robbed. Me being younger and more impulsive I wanted retaliation, so an idea sparked for a pocket EMP since they had FatBikes. In a single night a prototype was created and destroyed. And NullSec was born. I realized I could channel that energy into something more productive. So I started playing around with ESP32's and eventually software leading to this whole cybersecurity shit. And not to mention it has connections to the WatchDogs game series since I grew up with it.
experience
I've had hands on experience with critical infrastructure in high traffic public spaces managing DNS systems with built-in redundancy that couldn't afford to go down.
On the security side, I've responsibly disclosed vulnerabilities to real companies in my free time, including a CVD with KPN, one of the Netherlands' largest telecoms and Team Blue a large european web hosting platform.
I run multiple dedicated server nodes alongside a main server (monolith) that handles the bulk of my infrastructure.
